Liu, Yuchuan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Resource Management of Nanjing University Business School. His research interests include organizational behaviors and human resource management. Specifically, he studies leadership and leader behaviors, discretionary behaviors (e.g., deviance and OCB), social inequality and mobility, and human resources.
