My PhD research is focused on the external consultant’s role in strategy-formation, particularly on the interplay of formal expertise and informal process-sensibility in these processes. It is an industrial PhD in Rambøll Management Consulting, and contains a qualitative study of the collaboration between clients and consultants in assignments related to strategy formation.
