Interested in the combination of knowledge management, change management and IT-management. Privately funded research in "New ways of working", pursuing a phd. Main interests are:
How do we enable new ways of working - moving from physical to virtual workspaces - from closed channels to open platforms, enabled by use of technology and devices (cloud, sound, touch).
How do we master the end-user adoption and diffusion process of technology?
How do we create knowledge flows and collaboration in virtual teams and organisations?
