Programme Director and PhD Louise Rygaard has a strong track record from designing and executing high quality educational programmes at senior and executive level in the organisation, i.e. DSV, Danske Spil, CPH, Handelsbanken, Team Tankers, Domstolsstyrelsen. She has extensive experience in developing leadership training programmes that fuel business strategies and valuable experience in assessing employees’ and the organisation’s competency gap to determine the need for training and development programmes.
