RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research focuses on two key pillars, organizational adaptation and entrepreneurial failure. Adopting a dynamic capabilities framework, my goal is to shed additional light on the complex dynamics that allow some organizations to better handle environmental changes. Further, I investigate the effect of failure on subsequent entrepreneurial attempts, both adopting a survival and capacity to attract external funds perspectives. I use both qualitative and quantitative methods, depending on the nature of the research question. I also used mixed-methods. I try to focus on research that has an impact also beyond the academic boundaries, giving me the possibility to exploit my research takeaways in occasion of practitioners' events, such as the participation as a panelist to the EY Annual Attractiveness Event in 2017.
