Luke has worked in learning and development since 2003 as a coach, corporate trainer and motivational speaker.

A certified executive coach with The School of Coaching in London and a qualified facilitator with the CIPD, Luke has worked at all levels within organisations from boards to new hires, helping clients with a wide range of communication skills. Clients come from a variety of sectors, including finance, law, insurance, media, PR, retail, accountancy, property, manufacturing, public sector and healthcare.

Luke has a Post Graduate Certificate in Forensic Emotion Awareness and is qualified in the use of various psychometric tools, including MBTI, Personality Profile Analysis (DISC), EQi 2.0 and EQ 360 (Emotional Intelligence).

Until recently, Luke was a keen ultra-distance marathon runner and competed in over 55 extreme races in some of the world’s most challenging environments, including the Amazon Jungle, Sahara Desert, the Arctic and the Himalaya. He has three energetic children and, when not running around after them, is actively involved with the PTA at their school.
