Lydia Kan

Lydia Kan combines her experience as a senior corporate executive (strategy consulting and private banking) with her work as a master somatic executive coach. She is also a business school and innovation academy visiting professor as well as a certified Search Inside Yourself teacher, where she weaves mindfulness into her work with clients and students on five continents.

Lydia is Managing Director of Rightful Action, Ltd., a UK-based company focusing on helping individuals and organisations develop cultures of creativity-for-good and ethical leadership. Highlighting Lydia’s ethical approach is her focus on sustainability and climate change, issues that she has championed throughout her career.

Lydia Kan is also a committed long-term diversity champion and has led several significant initiatives in this area. Bi-racial and with early experience as a senior female executive, Lydia has mentored and assisted other talented ‘outliers’ throughout her career and carries a passion for enabling their success.
