Biography

Hult Ashridge Executive Education

Lynn Lilley is an Adjunct member of Faculty, Professor of Practice in Leadership and Program Director at Hult Ashridge International Business School.

As an organisation psychologist, Lynn teaches, consults, coaches and researches in the areas of leadership, teams and change.

Her current and recent client work includes assignments for BG Group, CRH plc, Emirates Global Aluminium, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, National Grid, RTA Dubai, several magic circle law firms, Skanska, SSE plc, Tetrapak and Vopak. In recent years, Lynn’s work has taken her across the globe, and she works inclusively with diverse audiences and perspectives.

Her projects include: developing and leading a commercial development programme for the Product Division of a global supermarket group; designing and directing a high potential development programme in partnership with SSE plc; leading a ‘top 250’ Retail Leadership Programme for a diverse retail group, developing the leadership teams of most of their brands; designing, delivering and project managing a leadership development/culture change process for over 2,000 managers over two years for an international bank.

She has also led a series of ‘immersive’ experiences for high potentials in government, for partners in PSFs and in several retail organisations.

She often facilitates executive and senior team workshops for improved performance in change. She works with boards and Excoms as team coach, and with Directors, especially those in transition to support their ‘first ninety days.’ She regularly leads a process of conversations in change, with a range of client organisations and stakeholders

A Classicist originally, she then took a Masters in Organisation Psychology and has also held senior roles in manufacturing and retail. Lynn is an accredited coach, BPS qualified and licensed to use a wide range of 360 instruments and psychometrics.
