She has worked with hundreds of senior executives from industries across the globe to expand their leadership capability and she works with coaches to keep them on their personal learning edge.
Lynne has been a Leadership Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) for 25+ years where she became the Director of Coaching for Europe and the Middle East; she developed the CCL’s coaching business in Europe from scratch. Her personal coaching clients have included senior executives and high potentials, of different nationalities, in Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 companies and large non-profits. She has designed and delivered coaching and mentoring programs across the globe. Her supervision clients tend to be coaches who work internationally or in the leadership domain.
Lynne came to coaching and coaching supervision via line management, university teaching, and HR consulting. In the US, she was a line manager in the health, and human services sectors as well as an internal organizational consultant to the Executive Director in the transportation industry. She taught full-time in two graduate business programs: Rider University (US) and Boston University (Brussels campus). Her Brussels-based company specialized in organizational consulting, training, and executive coaching. Now located in the US, she continues her work with CCL as the Lead Coach for CCL adjunct coaches in the northeast of the US and supervises both US and non-US executive coaches.
