Presentation

I am interested in how action is organized, and how organizing as well as organization is produced and accomplished through social interaction. I study leadership with a range of different methods, depending on what the specific research topic is, but I am specifically interested in exploring leadership in everyday organizational practice, and the role of leadership processes in innovation, change and development.
My teaching has focused on leadership, organization development and process consultation. More and more, I tend to focus on leadership, mostly with students’ own real life challenges as they are a central starting point.
