Manuel Niever is the Digital Transformation Manager at esentri AG, a consulting firm that combines digital and cultural transformation with sustainable business development. Manuel Nieves has successfully completed his doctoral studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology on the research topic of "Innovation Coaching for Agile Innovation Processes in the Model of PGE - Product Generation Development." In addition to numerous professional and scientific publications on the subject of "Innovation Coaching" and "Agile Innovation," his extensive experience in the field of Innovation Coaching and Corporate Entrepreneurship, as well as conducting innovation workshops, make him an expert in these areas.
