Biography

Rotterdam School of Management

Marc Baaij is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He designs and teaches courses in various education programs, including Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as open and “in-company” executive education programs. Marc is a high-performing member of the Erasmus Research Institute of Management (ERIM), whose research on strategic management and international business has been published in leading international scientific and managerial journals. Additionally, he has (co-) authored three (international) books on strategic management and management consultancy. Marc is currently “Coordinator of Training and Supervision of External PhD Candidates” at RSM. Previously, he served as Academic Director of RSM’s Part-time Master Bedrijfskunde and the Part-time Master Management Consultancy. As a side position, Marc advises management of companies and other organizations on strategy development and execution.
