Marc Edelman

Professor Marc Edelman is a nationally recognized expert in sports law, antitrust law, intellectual property, and gaming / fantasy sports law. He is also one of the most downloaded law professors on the Social Science Research Network. In addition to his full-time role as a law professor, Professor Edelman serves as the Faculty Athletics Representative for Baruch College, and as the founder of Edelman Law, where he provides legal consulting and expert witness services to businesses in the commercial sports, entertainment and online gaming industries. Professor Edelman has been interviewed on sports law issues by CNN and CNBC, as well as by the Financial Times, New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post.
