Margaret Ormiston

Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour

PhD (University of California, Berkeley); BA (University of California) Dr Margaret Ormiston teaches courses on leadership and leading teams on the MBA, EMBA, MiF, PhD, and Executive Education programmes –as Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour – at London Business School. Her research examines the underlying psychological processes that influence team and organisational performance in small groups as well as top management teams. Her research has been published in academic outlets such as the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, and Personnel Psychology. Dr Ormiston received her doctorate in Business Administration and Industrial Relations from the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to obtaining her PhD, Dr Ormiston worked as a research analyst at the Center for Effective Organisations at the University of Southern California, and as a research analyst at a litigation consulting firm in Los Angeles.
