I am very passionate about the hospitality industry and the importance of providing good service. My personal goal is to make a mark on improving the service in the Icelandic hotel industry

What I took with me from the first Ritz Carlton I worked at was the enjoyment of “Wowing” your guest and I want to spread this passion out to as many that want it.

I am available for customer service consulting and assistance with hotel opening or reconstruction. I take one employee training, I write and implement standard operating procedures, set up a marketing strategy and I can help owners with important decisions regarding their hotel business.
