Maria Kelts

Maria is currently the Global Director of Inclusion & Diversity for the Estee Lauder Companies. She is a diversity and inclusion practitioner with over 15+ years of management consulting, marketing, business development and executive coaching experience for global organizations including Nike, the International Monetary Fund, KPMG and BDO International. Maria has presented her research on the importance of addressing national culture when implementing global diversity and inclusion strategies to an array of Fortune 500 companies. Maria is also an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University, teaching in their Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Management Certificate program. She is also a member of the Conference Board’s Leadership Council on Diversity & Inclusion, as well as mentor for the Million Women’s STEM Initiative and Summer Search programs.

Maria received her Masters in Human Resource Management concentrating in Diversity & Inclusion from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and her undergraduate degree in Commerce from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She has also received a Diversity & Inclusion Professionals Certificate from Cornell University in New York and is an accredited Executive Coach by the Co-Active Training Institute.
