Georgia Tech Professional Education
Paula Ferguson is a professional education instructor for the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistics Institute. As a consultant and lecturer, she specializes in Demand Driven Supply Networks, and in particular, the areas of strategic procurement and business performance management. She has developed and applied comprehensive data analytics tools to evaluate client supply chain improvement opportunities and areas of misalignment with company strategic objectives. As co-founder and Managing Partner of dFour.Solutions, a boutique consulting company based in Tulsa, OK that specializes in building solutions specially designed for small and medium companies, she assists clients in developing their technical skills in the areas of business development, supply chain management, planning and performance management.
She has an MBA from Arizona State University, with a specialization in Supply Chain Management and BA from the Universidad Javeriana and a Certificate in Logistics and Operations from the Universidad de los Andes, both in Bogota, Colombia. Paula is also a certified instructor for The Fresh Connection, a supply chain simulation that uses real business decision making to exemplify the principles of alignment, interconnectivity and team work in supply chain functions.
