Dr. Waxin’s research interests are mostly related to Strategic HRM, Diversity Management/ Localisation, and Sustainability. Her work has been published in top academic journals such as Organizational Dynamics, Environmental Management, Personnel Review, and Journal of Global Mobility. Dr. Waxin teaches courses related to strategic HRM, Organizational Behaviour, and Business Research Methods. She designs and delivers customized executive programs on Strategic HRM.
