In her former roles, she delivered the digital transformation of a global business, successfully led culture change, and drove double-digit profit growth. Skilled at identifying people’s strengths and matching them with the needs of the business, she again and again created a shared vision and inspired her team to achieve it.

As Independent Board Member, she provides independent oversight and constructive challenge to the board, bringing broad strategic, financial and operational expertise in the areas of digital transformation, commercial planning and consumer product distribution.

Marie began her career at McKinsey & Company, then joined General Electric, where she was fast-tracked through a variety of operational and audit roles roles in GE businesses all over the world. She moved to NBCUniversal, where she ultimately became Divisional CEO of International Networks, overseeing a business of $0.7Bn in sales and 750 employees.

Marie has lived in Europe, North and South America, Asia and the Middle East, and speaks English, French, Italian and Portuguese. She holds an MSc from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon, and MBAs from both Columbia and the London Business School. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and is accredited by the International Coach Federation. In addition to her own practice (Marie Holive LTD), she works at London Business School as MBA coach, at Proteus International as Senior Advisor and at Safetyn as NED.
