For over 25 years, Marijo Bos has brought her professional energy to countless boardrooms, helping senior executives drive positive change through personal and professional growth. She has facilitated hundreds of programs on positive leadership across 30 countries, with a unique approach that is both interactive and highly experiential.
Marijo understands the challenges faced by senior leaders—through firsthand experience. As President of PWN Global, an NGO focused on Learning, Mentoring and Inclusive Leadership, she has been an unstoppable force for positive progression, establishing strategic partnerships with numerous corporations including IE Business School.
Today, Marijo leads Bos Advisors, delivering growth mindset programs to companies across sectors in order to strengthen their leadership capabilities and drive positive change. Most recently, she travelled to Kenya where she collaborated with the For Purpose NGO, Empowering Lives International.
She has authored articles on everything from Mindfulness and Leadership, to Mentoring and Social Capital for the HuffPost, the Guardian and the Financial Times.
