Baker, Mark B. Associate Professor, Department of Information, Risk, and Operations Management Mark Baker received his B.B.A. from the University of Miami and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University. His research interests include legal aspects of international terrorism, foreign investment law, and international contract negotiations. His teaching interest focuses on the legal environment of business.
