Biography
Mark Marone is the director of research and thought leadership for Dale Carnegie, where he is responsible for developing research programs and creating assets to build the organization’s brand and support business development globally.
Prior to joining Dale Carnegie, Marone worked as an independent sales and customer experience consultant with global clients across a variety of industries. He also served as the director of research for AchieveGlobal, a global training and consulting company.
He has frequently written on leadership, customer experience, and sales effectiveness, and co-authored two books on sales strategy. He holds a doctorate from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and was an adjunct professor of business management at the University of South Florida.
