Dr. Mark W. Miller is Staff Psychologist in the Behavioral Sciences Division of the National Center for PTSD at VA Boston Healthcare System and an Associate Professor of Psychiatry in the Boston University School of Medicine. He received his B.A. in Psychology from American University and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Florida State University. His current research is focused on the structure of PTSD comorbidity and the influence of personality and genetics on the etiology and expression of post-traumatic psychopathology. His work is supported by grants from NIMH and the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Traumatic Stress and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Abnormal Psychology. He has a private forensic practice focused on PTSD-related matters in the civil and criminal courts.
