Biography
Beginning in 1974 in Colgate-Palmolive's fledgling Corporate New Venture's Group, Mark found his business passion for innovation. In 1982 he joined the early explorers of the creativity process at Synectics, becoming Managing Partner in 1986. In 1988 he founded Creative Realities, capturing the dynamic tension between creativity and implementation which is the basis of innovation everywhere.
My Passion
My passion has always been about helping others reach their full innovation potential. As a recent retiree, I have developed a new appreciation of the importance of “legacy” to business leaders. Connecting these two passions has led me to create a new outlet for my energies: InnovationOnDemand Collaborative, LLC. Dedicated to helping business leaders create a legacy of innovation leadership for their organizations through direct and personal coaching, mentoring and training these critical skills to executives and the organizations they lead.
