Mark Young is a Visiting Lecturer at Koç University Graduate School of Business and also President of RATIONAL GAMES , INC. an international consulting firm specialized in negotiation and leadership skills.
Young was the Partner in charge of the German privatization practice at Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance in Berlin, where he initiated, marketed and executed corporate finance transactions for the eastern German Treuhandanstalt and for many clients in western Germany, with an emphasis on the energy and telecommunications sectors. Before that, Young served as Director of the Office of Service Industries at the United States Department of Commerce, active there as a trade negotiator. He was also an Associate and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in both Germany and the USA, and a corporate lending officer at the Bank of Boston and at Chase Manhattan Bank.
Young holds a PhD from Humboldt Universitaet zu Berlin, an MIM from the Thunderbird School of International Management and a BA in Philosophy from California Lutheran University.

Dr. Mark Young, the founder of Rational Games, is an independent author, trainer and consultant with many years´ practical and academic experience in the area of negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills. His theoretical work is tempered by practical lessons learned as a negotiator in government (US Department of Commerce) and in the field of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions in the US and Europe. Mark divides his time between Cambridge, Mass, Washington, DC and Berlin, Germany.
At Infinity Mark collaborates with Christopher - among other things - in bringing negotiations expertise and front-line persuasion skills to sales people at ethical institutions large and small.
Marks' great passion is "Rational Games".
