Marly Merenda Franke is Founder and Managing Consultant of Leadership Leverage Group, LLC, based in San Diego, CA. Over the last 20 years, Marly has served as an executive coach, trainer and consultant to numerous Fortune 100 and 500 companies, as well as public sector agencies and non-profit organizations. Leveraging her background in organizational development, Marly brings a holistic view and understanding of organizational issues to her globally diverse coaching clients, who range from C-suite executives to mid-level and frontline managers, across multiple industries. In addition to executive coaching, Marly's key areas of expertise include leadership development, performance management, and business process redesign.

Marly encourages clients to view challenges holistically, enabling leaders to implement strategic, results-oriented action plans.
