She has an extended career in Human Resources Consultancy, with special focus on Outplacement, Career Transitions services and Change Management projects. With more than 25 years experience she has coached many executives and directors coming from a great variety of sectors and organizations. She is currently combining Executive Coaching with Talent Management consultancy and Career Transition Coaching for executives and companys .Among her clients are relevant international and local companies and institutions.

She holds a Law Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, with a scholarship post grade in Business Administration from CEOE. She speaks English, French and Spanish fluently.
