Solutions for electrotechnical installations are the core business of the Hager Group, with suitable services playing an increasingly important strategic role. With the commitment of Martin Kaiser, the Hager Group underlines the importance of this business area. In January, Kaiser moved from the French telecoms subsidiary of the Bouygues Group in Paris to Hager Group as head of the service division.

As part of the corporate strategy, Kaiser's task will focus in particular on the digital organization of the service areas, their international development and the interactions between the individual fields of activity within the group. "I believe that exciting new markets will soon emerge if electrical installations and intelligent security and everyday technology are increasingly networked," says Martin Kaiser. "In the future, customers will increasingly demand Internet-based complete solutions for work and at home.

The Hager Group is already taking this development into account and will continue to expand on this trend in the future." Martin Kaiser was born in Germany in 1971, completed his studies in France and the United States and earned a master's degree in general management (MBA) from the University of San Diego. After working for various management consultancies at the beginning of his career, he joined the Bouygues Telecom group in 2001, where he worked in the areas of innovation, marketing and business development. Most recently, he was responsible for the digital division as head of marketing and future research. Since 2006 he has been teaching "Corporate Strategy" at the Paris University of Applied Sciences "Sciences Po".
