Biography
Martin Spacek works as an academic researcher and evaluator with an interest in the implementation of EU cohesion policy and evaluation of its impact on regional development, companies and non-governmental organizations. He has a long-term cooperation with IREAS in the field of evaluations, where he participated in several evaluation projects for Czech ministries or the Government Office. He also has experience with participation in several international research projects dealing with the analysis of possible instruments supporting balanced regional development within the EU.
