I am a certified Facilitative Civil Mediator. I mediate civil disputes in Ingham County. As a private practitioner, I focus on criminal law. I have successfully handled a number of criminal cases in Ingham County and obtained several dismissals for clients. I possess trial and non-jury trial experience.

I also handle civil matters, prepare start up documents for newly formed businesses, and represent recent graduates required to appear before the District E, Character and Fitness Subcommittee.

I previously served as an Independent Contractor/Resource Attorney for the Michigan Department of Transportation's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program (DBE). I educated DBE participants about bidding requirements, contract negotiations, minimizing the risks of litigation, and statutory compliance through workshops and informal panel discussions.
