International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

Mary E. Lee is a proven leader. She is currently the president and CEO of Health Association Nova Scotia and its subsidiary company, igility. Prior roles include vice president of acute care services SERHA; administrative director—perioperative program, New Brunswick; chief nursing officer and national surveyor for health services accreditation for New Zealand; and Canadian traveling specialty operating room nurse. Lee has successfully obtained a bachelor of science degree in nursing, a Master’s degree in nursing, the Master of Trust Management Standards (MTMS) designation and an ICD.D designation. Throughout her career, Lee has been a volunteer board member with organizations such as the NSHEPP, NSAHO LTD Plan, Trade Centre Board of Directors, Learning Disabilities Association of Nova Scotia and the Canadian Healthcare Association.
