Marzia Arico

Presentation

Marzia is an expert in Service Design. She currently works as Lead Service Design and Strategy Consultant at Livework. She is one of the 12 researchers selected worldwide by DESMA, the European Design Management Network, to investigate how design can become driver for innovation in Europe in the next five years. Marzia is also PhD fellow at Copenhagen Business School, where she is investigating organizational capabilities and individual abilities necessary to ensure the effective adoption of Service Design in organizations. She regularly speaks at a number of international conferences and seminars on Service Design, and she is visiting teacher and speaker for some of the most forward thinking universities worldwide such as Iceland Academy of the Arts, TU Delft, CENTRO, IED, University of Gothenburg, and CBS.
