Zicklin School of Business

Masako Darrough is the Irwin and Arlene Ettinger Professor in the Stan Ross Department of Accountancy at the Zicklin School of Business. Prior to joining Zicklin, Professor Darrough taught at the University of California, Davis, among others. She teaches primarily managerial accounting. Her research focuses on the strategic use of information made by various participants in the capital and corporate markets. She has published extensively in journals such as the Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of Political Economy, Journal of Finance, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, Accounting Horizons, European Accounting Review, Journal of Business Ethics, International Economic Review, Canadian Journal of Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, and Journal of Business.
