At the present I am working on two research projects:

“Network Management in Independent Day-care. A public-private-partnership project”
The project is a three year research project engaging in questions of the third sector in relation to public welfare services. The project is centred around five research themes: partnerships, network management, quality assurance and the engagement of civil society in day-care services. The project is a cooperation between ”Menighedernes Daginstitutioner”, (MDI), the ministry of education, the municipalities Copenhagen, Aarhus and Svendborg, and CBS. 120 day-care institutions participate in the project.    

Future Innovative School. Managing Innovation in Public Schools
The research project explores the concepts of innovation and management that are at stake in relation to innovation in public primary and lower secondary education. The study identifies and analyses management practices in relation to creating innovative learning environments. The project is funded by the Danish Industry Foundation and conducted in collaboration between the Center for School Leadership, Copenhagen Business School, University College Copenhagen, the Danish Association of Headmasters and Creative Schooling Network.
