Matilde D'Amelio

Matilde is part of the BPP permanent faculty within the School of Business, her areas of expertise are Digital Transformation, Change Management and Project Management. Matilde comes from an Engineering background, she has a PhD in Economics and International Business from the Polytechnic University of Milan – School of Business, and an MBA from the IMD Business School. She is currently training to be become a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Before joining BPP, Matilde has worked for many years in multinational corporations in the automotive and construction sectors, covering a variety of roles. Most importantly, she has redefined the onboarding process for sales directors and senior managers and defined the related change management strategy, for the Hilti Group in Norther Europe. Further, she has managed the repositioning of the Hilti’s offer (products, software and services) in the Asian market, with a focus on China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan. Finally, she has worked as a Project Manager for the Digital Transformation and Change Management of the Marketing and Sales Departments of the Hilti Group at global level.
