Matthias Augustin

Matthias supports organizations and individuals as a leadership trainer, transformation coach and health consultant through his own company Lighthouse Impulse. With over 25 years of experience within firms such as Oracle, Hewlett Packard and Siemens he brings a broad background and expertise especially in leadership and entrepreneurship. At HP and Siemens, he was working in startup environments where new breakthrough technology has been developed and globally rolled out.

His passion is to build and support sustainable businesses, networks and communities, where motivated, engaged people use their potential to build long lasting solutions. His recent education as Master of Cognitive Neuroscience supports him to combine scientific knowledge and best practices in business in a pragmatic way.
