Biography

I am an early career academic with a BA, MBA, MRes, and PhD in Marketing.

My research interests revolve around topics such as research methodology, consumer behaviour, international marketing, brand management and marketing communications (including social media and content marketing). My PhD thesis and my publications so far have mainly focused on the behaviour of consumers when using mobile telecommunications technology. Currently I have been working on mobile technology and its application in financial industry.

As a bit of a research methodology geek I can talk for hours about topics such as: quantitative research; mixed-methods research; questionnaire design; focus groups; interviews; scale development; SPSS; structural equation modelling (SEM); and Q-methodology.
