Maxine Jaffit

Profile

​​Maxine has been an adjunct faculty member at GIBS since 2004. She specialises in organisation culture and consults to organisations South Africa and the USA across a variety of industries. She is a senior associate at GothamCulture (a New York consulting firm).

Responsibilities

​Maxine teaches organisation behaviour on the PDBA and offers an MBA elective entitled “Leading Change- Immunity to Change”.

In addition to supervising MBA research in the area of corporate culture and change, she also teaches on various corporate education programmes.​

​In Executive Education she delivers a 2 day Program on Leading Change.
