Indian Institute of Management Lucknow
Dr Medha Bakhshi is an Assistant Professor with Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in the Business Communication area. She completed her doctoral degree from University of Mumbai and Masters and M. Phil from Panjab University, Chandigarh. In the past, Medha has worked with NorthCap University Gurgaon and various institutes of repute in Mumbai. She was also invited to Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, Spain as a visiting professor. Her last stint before joining IIM Lucknow was with School of Business Management, NMIMS, Mumbai. Medha’s research interests lie in the areas of cross-cultural communication, professional communication pedagogy, and extending philosophical thought into management.
