Eli Broad College of Business
Melissa A. Bankroff, M.A., teaches HB 201: Hospitality Business Professional Development; HB 307: Hospitality Human Resources; and HB 489: Hospitality Business Strategy. Ms. Bankroff holds a BA and MA from Michigan State University where she studied Anthropology (College of Social Science) and earned an Asian Studies Certificate from MSU's Asian Studies Center. Prior to joining the School of Hospitality Business in 2009, Ms. Bankroff served in MSU’s International Studies and Programs Dean's Office. Ms. Bankroff’s academic interests include job search strategies; personal branding, organizational culture; diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace; ageism in the workplace.
