THNK School of Creative Leadership
Managing Partner at MNM Consulting Africa
My experience and deep interests:
I was referred to THNK by Tosh Juma.
I am a catalyst, bridging the spaces between creativity, business, development and technology. My work involves bringing knowledge, insight and skills from across sectors in order to build new ways to harness the energy and creativity of Africa''s innovators. I have spent the past 12 years working at the edge, exploring new ways to solve problems through technology and innovative thinking. I''ve done this work in collaboration with people from around the world, while based in Nairobi.
The world is in the throes of unprecedented change. To survive and thrive in these times, societies need to apply unprecedented ways of thinking and doing business. I am playing my part in this through MNM Consulting, a for-profit company that provides a platform for small businesses to scale into medium-sized enterprises. I believe that new ways of doing business can best be found by building a network of people from across sectors, surfacing information about the fast-changing market and finding innovative ways to connect creatives to capital.
I dream of building a venture capital vehicle that accelerates new businesses built to serve the Africa of the future. Participating at THNK is one way I aim to build a solid foundation based on understanding global leadership and designing a business to scale for the maximum possible impact in the long-run.
