Michael Dardashti

Mr. Dardashti received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Los Angeles in 2001. Mr. Dardashti received his law degree from Chapman Univeristy School of Law School in 2004. Mr. Dardashti has been a member of the California Bar Association since 2004. While attending Chapman University, Mr. Dardashti was a member of the Mock Trial Board and Vice President of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.

Mr. Dardashti joined Murphy and Beane in 2005. Mr. Dardashti’s focuses exclusively on Workers’ Compensation. Mr. Dardashti represents both self insured employers and insurance carriers in Workers’ Compensation matters including pre-trial litigation at deposition, medical cross-examinations, at trial, 132(a), Serious and Willful litigation and in post- trial matters involving petitions for reconsideration.

Mr. Dardashti is a member of the American Bar Association and Iranian-American Bar Association. Mr. Dardashti is also fluent in Farsi.
