Michael Tan

Michael, a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®), has over 10 years of IT experience in project management, business analysis and software application development. Prior to joining ISS, he was a Project Manager with a leading System Integrator where he managed end to end turnkey application development for clients in the financial sector. Prior to that, he has also manage projects implementations in healthcare, logistics and government organizations. During the project, Michael has employed different software development methodology and managed both in-house teams, vendors, and offshore development team. Technology wise, Michael has both experience in application development and infrastructure setup. He is also involved in the formation of International Institute of Business Analysis Singapore Chapter.
