Jones Graduate School of Business

Professor Yampuler received his Ph.D. in Business-Economics from Harvard University in 2004. He has been serving as a full time faculty member at the University of Houston since 2004, and as a part-time faculty at Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Business, since 2016. Professor Yampuler has taught courses in managerial and financial accounting both in the principles and intermediate levels. Professor Yampuler has self-developed a graduate level course on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) at the University of Houston, and a graduate level course on Management Control for the full-time MBA program at Rice University. Previous to his position at UH, professor Yampuler has taught at the Harvard University Extension School, received his CPA license, and worked for 6 years as an accountant and economist in a governmental budget office.
