Michel Mourot

Michel Mourot is an international coach for executives and managers, certified by the ICF, the International Coaching Federation. His professional experiences as a language teacher with French, German and Spanish executives have enabled him to have a global and intercultural approach to international coaching. It offers its services to meet your needs, in particular thanks to its intercultural know-how. He has lived in various countries including Germany for almost thirty years and speaks 5 foreign languages, 4 of which are fluent (French, English, Spanish and German). His passion is to accompany others and to put his commitment, his positive energy and his deep humanism for the benefit of others.

Michel Mourot has been in Barcelona for 7 years now. In addition to his coaching activity, he also works in a major business school, ESADE, where he teaches intercultural communication.

According to him, the coach is an accompanying guide who will try to enter into your way of thinking, and therefore to find in you and with you your concerns and your questions.

The coach's mission is to help his client find the answers to his own questions himself and to draw his own path. Once the objective has been defined, it is a question of taking action, step by step, starting from the current situation to arrive successfully at the ideal situation.

As a coach, Michel Mourot mainly works with business leaders and executives. It offers three types of services:

Executive Coaching which is aimed at executives and business leaders to better manage the following situations:

• Conflict management and resolution if you have to make a huge number of decisions on a daily basis, solving problems that are often inevitable sources of other conflicts.

• Sharing power and knowing how to delegate.

Personal coaching that responds to your personal challenges and allows you to quickly find clarity and solutions to your questions. You develop alternatives with the coach that will allow you to take the path you want to take. The personal coach is there to help you get to know yourself better personally, know how to assert yourself better and communicate better with those around you.

Intercultural coaching which is an essential tool for people who, living in their country of origin, are immersed in an international or global context where they must respond to new intercultural challenges, whether face-to-face or virtual. The coach will help them to know how to communicate adequately, to cooperate effectively. The coach also helps “expatriates” who change countries with their families by helping them find their place in this new country and by familiarizing them with the environment.
