Michelle Darlington

Dr. Michelle Darlington is Head of Knowledge Transfer at the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation, where she is responsible for developing and communicating good practice in the field of social innovation. This includes translation of research outputs for non-academic audiences, curating and delivering academic and practitioner events, and designing blended learning material. Shel also teaches in the MSt in Social Innovation.

Prior to joining JBS, Michelle was Junior research Fellow at the Cambridge School of Art, where she undertook educational research and developed a cross-faculty postgraduate programme in design thinking.

Michelle is also a co-founder of the Thinking Through Drawing project, an educational research network, professional development provider and consultancy, which specialises in visual approaches to learning and research.
