Biography

THNK School of Creative Leadership

Previously, Executive General Manager at Qantas

My experience and deep interests:

I am based in: Melbourne

Growing up in Australia, my childhood was blessed and carefree. My summer holidays were full of long road trips to explore sandy beaches and country farms, whilst the day to day and weekends were about sports, friends, family and devising innovative plans to earn pocket money (from household chores, recycling bottles and cans, working in local businesses making gelati and coffees to waitressing, and selling jeans).

This curiosity, application of effort and mindset of possibility, has been ever-present in my life.

My career has spanned multiple disciplines from marketing, sales, product, digital transformation, data-driven decisioning to customer experience design across various industries from media, telecommunications, insurance, airlines to financial services.

I have studied at Melbourne University, RMIT, Harvard Business School (General Management Residential Programme) and completed my MBA at the University of Sydney. In addition, I have undertaken Human Centred Design training with IDEO and now THNK is my next learning and potentially the start of a lifelong endeavour.

For the past 20 years, I have been passionate about preventative health using plant-based oils.  I am also interested in the development of sustainable cities, how we reduce, reuse and recycle what we consume – especially plastics, and how we set up the next generation for a “gig economy” world.

I am looking forward to the THNK executive program, connecting with so many inspiring people with global perspectives and a like mind to have a positive impact on the world.
