Mickey Farley joined New York University Stern School of Business as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Marketing in 2010. Professor Farley is highly regarded as a thought leader and an innovator in the business of marketing and has a track record of successes spanning two decades. She has consistently helped major marketers rejuvenate their brand strategies and their organizations. Her work experience includes:
- Line management of brands including - Maxwell House Coffee, General Foods International Coffees, Twix, Kudos - at Kraft and M&M/Mars
- Marketing strategy, new business and new product development management consulting for Marketing firms - Coca Cola, Proctor & Gamble, Ford Motor Company, Daimler/Chrysler, Pepperidge Farm, American Express, Kraft, Pillsbury, etc.
- Founding Partner of Fusion 5 Innovation Marketing, a marketing services firm started in 1994 and sold to WPP in 2001.
- Principal in her own consulting firm, MM Farley & Associates and in an insight based services firm, M2
- Facilitator and coach serving senior managers and their teams
- Corporate training program development and execution across marketing disciplines
Professor Farley co-founded NOW Inc. in 2004. The NOW Inc. team offers services focused on strategic and insight based consulting, innovation marketing, business team process facilitation and moderating to achieve innovative and breakthrough ideas, and organizational training.
