Miguel Campoy

Founding partner of DIKEI in 2000 and partner in charge of the Business Area. In his area, companies, bankruptcy and corporate legal are coordinated. He has been a surplus official since 1986 of the Technical Corps of the State Civil Administration, today State Civil Administrators. He regularly publishes in the OTROSÍ Magazine of the Madrid Bar Association and collaborates in other professional magazines. He is a member of the Academic Council of Fide.

Experience

• Member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1975.
• In 1986, he founded the law firm ALBALADEJO, DAPENA Y ASOCIADOS, which was simultaneously the Head of the Legal Department of the Caja de Ahorros de Cuenca y Ciudad Real.
• In 1998 he founded ABDL ABOGADOS, which became the current DIKEI Abogados.
• After joining the State Administration through competitive examinations for the Technical Corps of the State Civil Administration, today State Civil Administrators, with number 1 in his promotion, he held various positions, among others, in the Ministries of the Government Presidency , Economy and Commerce, Labor and Social Security, Public Works and Housing. For a while, he simultaneously belonged to the Administration with teaching as Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the Faculties of Law of the Autonomous and Complutense Universities of Madrid.
• He collaborates with the Instituto de Empresa as director of the Corporate Legal Course.
