INSEAD Business School

Mik van den Noort helps teams make choices that can lead to the charting of a new course in order to optimize personal as well as team effectiveness. Her style is encouraging, confrontational when necessary, but most of all, engaging and result-oriented.

Her clients include international companies in banking, fast-moving consumer goods, aviation, publishing and biotechnology, as well as professional firms in the fields of strategic consulting, finance, tax, and law. Non-profit clients include governmental organizations, symphony orchestras and university hospitals.

Her career began with positions in legal business, aviation, conference organization and publishing. After becoming a KPMG partner in 1994, she combined her responsibilities for the executive search of senior positions with people development and executive coaching activities centred around large mergers and organizational growth.

She regularly performs as a coach for the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre, Fontainebleau / Singapore as well as for the Kets de Vries Institute, Paris / London. She also works in the Leadership Programs of ESMT (European School of Management and Technology) in Berlin.

Mik van den Noort completed her Executive Masters in Consulting and Coaching for Change at INSEAD and is a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations. She is located in Amsterdam and works in English and Dutch, as well as being able to speak German and French.
